Local Shipping (Singapore)
Do you offer local shipping?
Yes, we deliver island-wide across Singapore, except the following: Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Changi Cargo Complex, offshore islands and military camps.
What are your shipping rates?
All Singapore (local) orders are shipped directly to your doorstep by courier for a flat rate of $4.50.
Free local delivery for all orders over $60.
The following locations may incur additional delivery fees due to limited accessibility: Sentosa Island, Tuas (including industrial areas).
For orders to these areas, please contact us at salam@tulusgifts.com before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items will be processed for delivery within 1-3 business days.
For local orders, delivery takes about 1-3 business days to reach your doorstep upon pick-up by courier.
Please note that during peak seasons, delivery may take longer than usual due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped and picked up by the courier, you will receive tracking details via email. You can use the tracking number to track your order’s progress.
Kindly ensure that you provide an accurate email address for this purpose.
Can I change my delivery information?
Do reach out to us as soon as possible at salam@tulusgifts.com with your order number and the updated information. Our team will do its best to assist if the order has not been processed.
Return mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided will incur additional charges for re-shipping.
Kindly ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and not subject to change within the next 2 weeks (for local orders). Please also review our shipping timelines before placing your order.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
