We are based in Singapore.
What types of gift products are available in your store?
We design, curate and create eco-friendly, durable and multipurpose lifestyle products.
You are a Muslim lifestyle brand, so are your products suitable only for Muslims?
Not at all! Our products are created for anyone who embraces the mindful lifestyle. For example, our travel mats can be used for both prayers and also picnics.
Are your products in-stock or on pre-order basis?
Most of our products are ready stock. However, some of the products may run out of stock and will only be available as pre-orders. Join our mailing list to be kept updated on new arrivals, restocks and launches.
How do I make a purchase?
You can place an order by adding items to your cart and proceeding to the checkout page. Don't forget to add your discount code if you have one!
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate (street name, block number, with any suffix e.g. Blk 123B, unit number etc).

What causes do you support?
Our Solidarity Series supports humanitarian aid for Gaza, Palesetine 🍉. 20% of the sales generated from this collection will be donated to a local organisation of our choice.

Can I get my product personalised?
We do not offer any customisation or personalisation at the moment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We're sorry to hear about any issues with your order. Our team carefully checks each product for quality and ensures that the correct items are packed before shipping to prevent such issues.
However, if anything slips through, we're here to make it right! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at salam@tulusgifts.com with your order number and a photo evidence for us to assist you further.
A refund or exchange will be issued where suitable.
PAYMENT
What currency is your store in?
All prices are listed in SGD unless you're shopping from these countries: Australia, Brunei, Malaysia, NZ. In that case, prices will appear in your local currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. For both local and international customers, we accept:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
- PayPal
- HitPay (including credit and debit card payments via HitPay gateway; PayNow for SG customers)
Please note that international customers may incur currency conversion fees depending on their payment provider. We recommend checking with your bank or payment platform for more details.
