  • The original packaging must remain intact and undamaged
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

1.2. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to process refunds or exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or external factors not caused by us.
  • The product does not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

1.3 Return Timeframe

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Follow the provided instructions to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Refunds

4.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

4.2 Processing Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at salam@tulusgifts.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
